Blanca Morales, President

Blanca E. Morales has over 25 years of strong experience in Accounts Receivable Management, specializing in the area of Patient Financial Services. Blanca specializes in the financial services of hospital and medical practices; she has an in-depth knowledge of Business Operation experience.

Over time and through the completion of numerous successful projects at such institutions such as Stanford Health Systems, Tucson Medical Center, Baptist Health Care Hospitals, Blanca has proven herself to be a highly effective consultant for national and local hospital organizations and medical groups. While managing on-site billing/collection projects, Mrs. Morales is responsible for identifying and quantifying any and all related issues that affect cash flow and A/R days.

Her list of responsibilities on any one project may range from motiving staff to analyzing statistics and preparing presentations of results to determine and recommended next steps. Never devoid her endless energy, Blanca not only accepts each challenge that presents itself, but she is continuously determined to solve problems before they surface.

Southern California Physician Services was established in 1999 and has served many medical practices throughout San Diego and Imperial Counties. SCPS specific areas of expertise include turn-around cash flow situations, training, supervising, and assessing employee skills. Additionally, Mrs. Morales serves as a working manager providing follow-up activity on problem accounts.
As always, Blanca stays abreast of new billing and collection issues affecting receivables. She has an excellent understanding and practical knowledge of plans, namely Medicare and Medi-cal, Managed Care billing and collections. Her extensive experience with Mdsuites, Allscripts, SMS, HBOC, IDX, SDK and NEXTGEN coupled with her motivational abilities, background and expertise make her an invaluable resource for all those involved in today’s Hospitals, Single Specialty Medical and FQHC Business Office environment.

Inette L. Dominguez
Medical Billing

Certified Professional in Medical Billing with 14+ years of combined experience in profit and nonprofit Medical Facilities as a Manager for Medical and Dental Billing with a focus on FQHC (Federal Qualified HealthCare Center.) Currently responsible for (but not limited to) managing the organization’s billing department for 16 Medical and Dental locations and Insurance, Government and State payer credentialing. Experience with various Patient Management Systems currently utilizing NextGen system, Inc. Strong knowledge of Government and State payers and Medical Managed Care.

Adriana M. Govea, MBA, CPC
Senior Associate

Adriana Govea is a healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Denver, and an Executive MBA in Health Administration from the University of Colorado in Denver. Additionally Adriana holds a certification from the AAPC as a Certified Professional Coder. Her experience includes development of Key Performance Indicators that measure progress against business goals and objectives, analysis and trending of such metrics as well as revenue cycle management, practice operations, process improvement, patient access, contract negotiation, medical billing and coding, and has a strong working knowledge of federal and state regulations.

Adriana’s strengths include attention to detail and a high degree of customer relationship management expertise leading to increased revenue opportunities. She possesses excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, and has led many teams to successful performance as a result of her strong work ethic and high level of professionalism. Adriana’s philosophy is to lead by example and to always be available to her peers when they need assistance, coaching or mentoring.


Jose G. Morales
Accounts Receivable Management

Jose G. Morales has over 15 years of strong experience in Accounts Receivable Management, specializing in the area of Patient Financial Services. Jose specializes in the financial services of hospital and medical practices; he has an in-depth knowledge of Business Operation experience. While managing on-site billing/collection projects, Mr. Morales is responsible for identifying and quantifying any and all related issues that affect cash flow and A/R days. His list of responsibilities on any one project may range from motiving staff to analyzing statistics and preparing presentations of results to determine and recommended next steps in all aspects. He has a talent for quickly mastering technology and is always diplomatic and tactful with professionals and non-professionals at all levels. Mr. Morales is a licensed Health, Life, Property and Casualty broker with 10 years of experience in sales and servicing of insurance products to individuals and business owners with appointments with major carriers in several states. He is flexible and versatile and is able to maintain a sense of humor under pressure and poised and competent with demonstrated ability to easily transcend cultural differences to thrive in deadline driven environments. Bachelor of Arts in Management from Webster University.
