We analyze the current status of the practice, number of employees, operation management, patients processing, from scheduling to “no shows” in an effort to boost revenue. We take a look at existing contracts, at health plans and figure out reimbursement rate to create projections.
We monitor the doctors’ practice, determine goals (e.g. how many patients to see so that they can not only break even, but make a profit).
We look at the size and skillset of the staff, the tools that the employer uses to process patients. We create protocols of health plan determination. Teach employees to understand benefits and eligibility with all health plans.
We monitor the funds collected, which patients paid and who hasn’t, and determine who needs to schedule for another appointment or refer the patients back to PCP (primary care physicians) for continuity of care.

Two step model:
